Property Preservation Coordinator About the Company: Well-established company in the Brandon area is looking for an experienced Property Preservations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity with a wonderful organization. We are looking for someone highly customer service oriented, detail oriented, and focused on providing exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay : $15.00 per hour

Job Description 

  • Negotiating with vendors when a REO property needs a contractor to provide work
  • Calendaring project times for vendors to work on properties
  • Communicating with banks and vendors regularly to provide status updates
  • Create and manage reports with file activity
  • Photo review for in status and completed jobs

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • At least 1 year of office experience
  • MS Proficient – 35+ wpm typing required
  • Negotiating experience a plus
  • Construction experience in any capacity a plus
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • No active Real Estate License
  • Strong MS Office experience- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
  • Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment
  • Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workers
