National Asset Protection Agency is seeking Sub-Contractors to preserve foreclosed properties.
We are looking to build a long-lasting relationship with qualified contractors – those dedicated to performing and providing high-quality workmanship. We are looking for individuals who are honest, motivated, and dependable with a professional attitude that upholds strong work ethics with excellent communication skills.
Work may include but is not limited to: Lock/padlock – Board- Ups- Minor roof repairs – Winterizations – Flood damage remediation – Lawn &shrub care – Debris removal – Tree removal – Gutter cleaning & repairs – Snow removal – various other maintenance work – REO Rehabs – Hazard Insurance Rehabs – Rehabs to remedy citations/ summons
To become part of our vendor network, you must have:
– General Liability Insurance
– Worker’s Compensation Insurance or Exemption Certificate
– Automobile Insurance
– Have an Aspen Grove background check
– Computer with high-speed internet service
– Digital Camera or Smart Phone w/ Camera
– Lawn Equipment- Home repair tools
– Air Compressor
