Real Estate Investor is seeking a Property Viewer to help view and evaluate residential properties.
This position entails traveling to residential properties, taking photographs, and assessing the current condition of the property/repairs needed. Majority of the day will be spent traveling from property to property, and you will be required to spend time in dirty, dusty, hot, cold, and/or distressed properties.
The rest of your time will be spent in the office, building reports of the properties that have you viewed.
Hours are Monday- Friday 9:00AM-5PM with some overtime offered.
A company vehicle and all gas will be provided. We mostly cover Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. The ideal candidate will be able to manage time well and be comfortable driving for long periods of time.
Other job duties may include, but are not limited to:
-Taking photos of properties
-Meeting with contractors or inspectors as scheduled
-Posting notices
-Changing door locks
