Experience in Real Estate preferred
Requirements:
Drive 6-8hrs/day viewing properties in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and other neighboring counties.
Assist in looking at properties that are for sale or being auctioned. Take photos and note damages and other characteristics of the house.
May be required to view between 15-30 properties a day if needed.
Assess rehab expenses for each property to determine the value of the home and what we will be able to spend on it.
Must demonstrate ability to handle variety of office and administrative duties
Ability to follow directions closely and close attention to detail
Performs other related duties as required.

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
