We are a local real estate investment company that is looking to fill a property viewer position in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market. The position is hourly during normal business hours with some Saturdays as needed.
Duties and Job Functions:
-Drive to provided list of properties
-Take photos
-Record detailed notes on property condition
-Fill out property condition report
Requirements:
-Clean driving record
-Clean drug and criminal background
-Ability to take detailed notes
-Ability to work a GPS and digital camera
-Past real estate experience is a plus
