Responsibilities include:
Performs internal auditing work for the Career Services department
Identify audit issues and recommend corrective action, preventative action and continuous improvement efforts
Creating reports, charts, graphs and metrics using Microsoft Excel and other related tools
Managing multiple priorities such as daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc report requests
Ensuring delivery of reports in a timely fashion in an environment with aggressive deadlines
Fulfilling requests for additional data from management and other internal groups
Quickly implementing new report procedures in a fast paced environment
Ability to write business correspondence and create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and groups of managers and personnel
The ability to multi-task effectively, think critically, and pay attention to detail when following instructions are key success factors for this role
Desired Skills and Experience
3 years prior experience in auditing or quality assurance and process improvement
Proficient in personal computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts and graphs, VLOOKUP)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
