Position Summary:

Represent the developer with integrity and professionalism by adhering to Best Practices model to accomplish assigned tasks. Review and complete printed document file with purchasers to verify accuracy of information, clear understanding of contents obtain proper signatures and notary seals as needed. Complete owner follow-up activities and provide quality customer assistance. Provide compliance policy reviews and on-going product knowledge training to sales professionals. Train/certify designated sales staff to follow Quality Control and Acting QCM Best Practices. Monitor rescission/cancellation and compliance activities. Communicate essential feedback to site/corporate management providing status reports with recommended strategies when improvement is needed. Aspire to attain highest levels of teamwork promoting good business while servicing customers beyond expectations.

Qualifications

Job Duties:
• Review Legal documents with owners.
• Provide Product knowledge.
• Train/certify sales staff to present documents to standards.
• Monitor site rescission/cancellation and compliance performance.
• Communicate feedback to management.
• Service Owners

Education, Experience, and Requirements:
• Notary
• Florida Real Estate License
• Must be sales oriented
• Good time management
• Must have FSP knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Must have WVO contracts experience
• 1+ years WVO product knowledge preferred
