Healthy Start is currently seeking a full time Quality Improvement Manager as part of the Strong Start for Mothers and Newborns grant.
The QI Manager is responsible for the quality improvement activities, data collection and analysis, planning and coordinating activities to carry out the essential quality function of the Maternity Medical Home model Strong Start grant. This includes service as a liaison with the Medical Director, provider sites, Agency for Healthcare Administration, Department of Health and the grant funder regarding data necessary to evaluate the project. The position required significant expertise in quality improvement, data analysis, and data reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing or related field of study, master’s preferred. 2-4 years data collection, management and analysis experience. Expertise in public or community health assessments a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Proficient to Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to produce graphs and charts preferred.
Salary $45-50K commensurate with experience plus full benefits package.
