EquityPro is Florida’s leading real estate investment brokerage with offices in Tampa and Orlando. Our firm specializes in acquiring and selling distressed real estate, foreclosures, short sales, and other discounted properties. Last year was a record year and our company has exciting plans for future growth. We now have a competitive position open for three new Acquisition Associates. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and negotiating under-valued properties
- Managing the process from contract to close
- Building a network of investor buyers
- Acting as a consultant to our investor clients
- Selling discounted properties in our inventory
Acquisition Associates must have a Florida Real Estate license. Sales experience, excellent communication skills, organization, and a focus on customer service are all important traits for making this position a success. Performance based pay structure with average first year compensation of over $60,000 and year 3 figures of well over $100,000.
