Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator – Offerpad (TAMPA)

The Acquisitions Coordinator is involved in every aspect of our home acquisition process. Core responsibilities include making sure deal flow is optimized and that inbound requests from other departments are prioritized and executed by the acquisitions team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Serve as liaison between acquisitions team and other OfferPad departments as well as homeowners requesting offers
• Manage and prioritize in-bound requests to acquisitions team
• Research and enter investment data into offer requests
• Perform cursory review of offer requests to determine internal next step requirements
• Review and manage real estate contracts
• Maintain and perform ongoing/ad hoc reports related to team performance, KPI measurements
• Conduct preliminary review of third party inspection reports performed on secured homes and make recommendations to support our acquisitions inspection team
• Monitor and administer acquisitions platform

GROWTH POTENTIAL

• Fast track to Acquisition Specialist or Credit and Repair Analyst

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
• Tech-savvy self-starter with ability to see projects through from start to finish with limited guidance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, handle frequent changes effectively and professionally and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Proven track record of research and problem solving
