We buy homes in Washington DC, Tampa FL, Baltimore MD, Orlando Fl, Atlanta GA and are expanding Nationwide very quickly.
We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and teamwork.
Must be extremely fun and love high standard goals. We consider ourselves a very good mix.
This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
$24,000+ Base + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Taking live calls from homeowners and assisting them in making offers on homes
- Setting appointments with our outside agents
- Using the MLS to understand the market and make proper offers on homes
- Guiding homeowners and teaching them to the best of their ability
- Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers
- Research and Analyze properties on MLS
- Disposition properties to investors/buyers
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must love people and love fun
- Must work well under pressure
