Real Estate Admin and Marketing Professional

Momentum Group is seeking a motivated a highly organized administration and marketing professional. You will be working directly with the CEO in processing real estate portfolios to our investor base. You will be overseeing groups of properties from acquisition to disposition.

The successful candidate will support the sales team by keeping track of the inventory pipeline, preparing sales presentations, managing the required loan documentation as well as creating innovative marketing materials to attract new clients. We are looking for solid team members, who have a passion to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Momentum Group is a rapidly growing real estate company and currently manage over 400 properties throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. We acquire upwards of 10 properties per month to present as rental pools for our investor base. We then manage them and create a turn key real estate experience for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the real estate inventory from acquisitions to disposition
  • Analyze and build real estate portfolios for specific clientele using excel
  • Create real estate portfolio powerpoint presentations
  • Draft purchase contracts, addendums, and collect documentation for bank financing
  • Determining comparable values and attend appraisals
  • Manage bank loan documentation updates quarterly
  • Create marketing materials for potential new client and current client base
  • Research current market place data and assemble it into the presentations
  • General administration on an as needed basis
  • Organize sales and purchase files

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour
