Job Description:
The Leads Generation Specialist will be responsible for responding to all new leads, and must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.
*Must be fluent in both English and Spanish*
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new leads calling Expired Listings, For Sale By Owners, Online Leads, Past Clients in Database, etc.
- Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
- Manage contacts in our client’s CRM
- Making 75+ calls daily
- Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable leads to convert into scheduled appointments.
- Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ration and meet performance benchmarks.
- Follow up with all current and past leads on a regular basis
Job Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent phone communication skills. Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to deliver talk tracks naturally.
- Must be an organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
- Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
The pay for this position begins at a base of $12 hourly. Commission is earned on leads resulting in sales.
