Our Downtown Dunedin Real Estate office is seeking a Professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The face of our brokerage and the first person to greet our 20-30 walk-ins that enter our Downtown Dunedin office every week. Assist and oversee daily business operations, team management, database and file management, as well as Marketing duties such as social media. The job will have some light bookkeeping as well. Skills and Qualifications An Administrative Assistant must have a nice, professional appearance, be well organized, a self-starter and have good communication / people skills. If you are a person with team spirit who points out solutions not just problems, then this is the place for you! In addition, show precision in details, follow-up, use of office-based systems and accountability. Experience in Real Estate office administration is Required. Hitting deadlines and follow up is key. This is a full-time position. Success in this position requires a long-term commitment.
Requirements: Must be tech savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs; mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
