Real Estate Administrative Assistant
$10/hour plus bonuses Full-time Local real estate company is in search of an administrative assistant and personal expediter for company executives. We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual who can take charge and keep the office tightly organized. This person will work closely with the company directors and the rest of the team. This rapidly growing, results driven company expects performance from its staff members, and pays bonuses based on company growth. Must have the ability to structure your day within the framework of existing company policy. Must be willing to work hard and stay long hours if needed. Daily tasks include: – Tracking office statistics – Scanning and filing documents – Marketing and Public Relations Support – Customer support – Real estate transaction coordination – Appointment booking – Handling incoming/out-going emails – Answering phone and routing calls – Taking sales leads by phone – Event planning support – Running local errands – Booking travel – Maintaining calendar Requirements: Good writing skills Tech savvy Microsoft Office: Excel and Word Superior organizational skills Effective communicator Supply management Process Improvement Problem Solving Looking to be paid for warming your chair and just showing up?
