Primary Purpose: To provide support to Broker Associate by effectively managing day to day activities and performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties. Position requires a high degree of professionalism, analytical skills, initiative, tact, good judgement, dependability, flexibility and accountability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer telephones and take messages;
  • Distribute outbound/inbound mail;
  • Operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers;
  • Create documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
  • Answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers.
  • Provide clerical support during the sales process.
  • Will involve scheduling showings, closing dates, inspections, and securing public information about a property.
  • Will be required to create advertisements, post photos/ videos of available properties, produce brochures/ fliers, plan open houses, scheduling property tours and answer questions about advertised properties
  • Gather information about people who are interested in buying or selling properties and enter them into a client relationship manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles and practice aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information
  • Strong working knowledge of various computer software such as Microsoft Office and Web-based input software
  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and superior customer service skills for interaction with customers, builders, realtors and real estate office staff.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative.
