What You’ll Do:
- Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
- Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
- Contract to Closing for real estate contracts for both property buyers and sellers
- Setting up property showings for agents
- Attend photo sessions, inspections, and walk-throughs as needed
- Posting new property listings to the MLS
- Review incoming leads and set up property searches in our CRM
- Work in Google Workspace: Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- You will work remotely from your home office most of the time
Skills You Have:
- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- A valid Florida real estate license or willingness to study and take the test for the license in the first 90 days
- Live in Pinellas County and be willing to meet periodically in St Pete or beach areas
- Prior real estate experience assistant, licensed agent, etc
- Strong organizational skills, patience, self-starter, and friendly personality required
- Pleasant phone skills
- Ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, flexibility, attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Google Drive/Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets (or Microsoft equivalents and willingness to learn Google suite of applications
- Local knowledge of the area is required
Compensation: $41,000 & Paid Vacation
