The Mesimer Team is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to support its growing team. The position is 20 to 30 hours/week and prior experience in real estate is highly preferred. We are an easy going, but highly productive group.

Requirements and Duties:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Prior experience and knowledge of real estate procedures preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and social media
  • High School diploma or BS/BA in office administration
  • Generate memos, emails and reports
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests of information
  • Answer incoming calls

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour

  • High school or equivalent
