The Mesimer Team is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to support its growing team. The position is 20 to 30 hours/week and prior experience in real estate is highly preferred. We are an easy going, but highly productive group.
Requirements and Duties:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Prior experience and knowledge of real estate procedures preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and social media
- High School diploma or BS/BA in office administration
- Generate memos, emails and reports
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Respond to questions and requests of information
