We are a real estate business that is facing a fast pace growth within the Hispanic Market in Tampa Bay Area with a main focus on people attraction and development.

Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage, also able to perform multidisciplinary activities such as office support, talent acquisition, on boarding, training design, and more!

The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.

Compensation:

$12 – $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and team members for optimum proficiency
  • Create and maintain protocols for data management and support to increase team productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Create marketing opportunities and events with our customer base in the community to increase company reputation and visibility
  • Managing all aspects of the recruitment process including on boarding, compliance, sourcing, recruitment marketing, interview selection, offer negotiation
  • Support office’s administrative activities such as manage Dot loop platform, Listings properties (CINC), Contract management, training workshops coordination, open houses, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, some college experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Customer service or administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Communicate clearly both and verbally in Spanish and English
