We are seeking a dedicated, experienced administrative professional. Evening and weekend hours required as needed. Real estate experience highly preferred and well organized licensed agents who no longer desire to work out in the field are welcome to apply. This position offers varied responsibilities. Candidates for this position are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have proficient command of technology and be computer savvy. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Familiarity with CRM management (Top Producer specifically) website posting and maintenance would put you at the top of our list! This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Answering phones and routing calls to our agents in office and in the field.
  • Maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
  • Manage the contract to close process

Qualifications:

  • Open to new ideas and systems, strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity and Experience as an Admin in Real Estate or related field.
  • Proficient in time management
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate depends on experience.
