| We have an opening for one more real estate agent on our team. New licensees or inactive licensees can apply, in addition to those who are already established in the business. Oh, and if you are more serious than fun, this is probably not going to be the best fit for you.
Our top-notch training and coaching is ongoing. As quickly as we can, we will bring you up to speed with our systems and tools. We spends LOTS of time and money to be sure our team members have the best resources (and leads!) in the greater Tampa area. Plus, our company’s managers and trainers rank among the best in the business. The combination of our marketing efforts and our educational tools make it easy for our team members to succeed, as long as they’re willing to do a little work. We are also expanding at a rapid pace, and there will be opportunities for promotions in the near future for the right person as we grow our footprint. A happy and fun office environment is important to us, and we work very hard to protect it. Happy hours and practical jokes are common. We work hard and play hard while maintaining a professional image, which is great for morale and gives our clients a different experience than they find anywhere else.
