QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Florida Sate real estate sales agent license
• 1-2 years of residential real estate experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Fort Myers residential market.
• Great work ethic and get-it-done sales mentality
• Competitive and goal oriented nature.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent communications skills.
• Motivated in both an individual and team-oriented setting
• Knowledge and experience with computers is a must. Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Thrive in a technology-based, fast-paced environment.
