The responsibilities of the role fall into three main functions: Data Management, Data Analysis and Reporting:
Specific requirements include the development of various custom reports and analysis, while ensuring BAU functions continue without interruption.
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure data warehouse is monitored and maintained properly.
Perform process improvements to more effectively retrieve data from different sources to develop reports for analyzing real estate data in conjunction with other data coming in from feeds (i.e. HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure data integrity
Develop ad-hoc reports to support senior level management, the CRS regions, and business customers requests.
Monitor and enforce adherence to CRS’s Manager’s Control Assessment,
Manages data quality by overseeing data entered to ensure that the system is appropriately complete and accurate.
Reviewing, providing explanations and approving payments made to Citi’s Real Estate Brokers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related experience required
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically
Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of leasing and portfolio mgmt.
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
Strong organizational skills
Extensive use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, etc.)
Experience with lease and lease transaction databases (CoStar and Manhattan)
Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language,
Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities,
Ability to create quality documents and meet the appropriate deadlines, including refined presentation skills
Ability to quickly grasp business and technical concepts
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while balancing short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
