The Research Analyst’s primary responsibilities are-Collect, track and analyze national real estate market with a focus on various types of Housing and light Commercial with collection and presentation, and database management. This position will work closely with our CEO, CIO and CFO. This position will also manage a team of interns and data developers.

Job Responsibility:

· Closely track, record and update data on regional acquisitions

· Handle and manipulate large amounts of data

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and strong academic performance required

· Demonstrated passion in real estate with a strong commitment to learning

· Demonstrate ability to manage interns and takes charge

· Excellent Excel skills

· Collaborative attitude and willingness to both work independently and as part of a team

· Organized and proactive approach

· Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload Knowledge,

Skills & Abilities:

· Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills a must

· Command of local markets and business, with good understanding of macro trends and historical perspective

· High-level analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time, no expected overtime.
