Daily Responsibilities of a Real Estate Analyst:
- Responsible for market research, assists with site selection, lease negotiations, build-outs and management of real estate.
- Develops actionable recommendations to management relative to all analysis.
- Collaborates with Brokers, Landlords, General Contractors, other real estate professionals, Property Managers, IT, Furniture and Moving vendors on the scheduling of new office openings and other matters
Requirements of a Real Estate Analyst:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Related Field Required
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics
- 1+ year of experience in Advanced Excel knowledge of using and building Macros
- 1+ year of experience in Advanced PowerPoint for executive level presentations
Hours for this Position (Real Estate Analyst):
- Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- Pay: $25.00/HR- $28.00/HR
