Reports to: Manager, Real Estate

Location: Henderson Rd (Ren 1)

Position supports the Real Estate department through a variety of functions including market analysis, field research, data management, tracking and reporting, and systems management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for market research, assists with site selection, lease negotiations, build-outs and management of real estate.
  • Develops actionable recommendations to management relative to all analysis.
  • Collaborates with Brokers, Landlords, General Contractors, other real estate professionals, Property Managers, IT, Furniture and Moving vendors on the scheduling of new office openings and other matters.
  • Researches and prepares detailed and summary level reports including written observations and presenting recommendations of analytic results for executive level management.
  • Conducts field research to analyze market competition, locations, and performance for feasibility.
  • Manages special projects to provide regional offices with necessary service and support facilities; and furnishes information, advice, and assistance to market departments to effectively comply with lease terms.
  • Develops and manages relationships with key property owners and real estate firms.
  • Assists with sourcing new brokers and recommending market development plans for new markets as the company expands geographically over time.
  • Acts as a liaison to ensure the Real Estate department has up-to-date information regarding real estate tax laws and changes.
  • Tracks and reports information relevant to existing real estate investments.
  • Communicates the status of ongoing projects, financial results and performance metrics to all pertinent stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

CANDIDATE EDUCATION:

 

  • Required A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Related Field

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Required 2 years of experience in Analytics
  • Required 1 year of experience in Advanced Excel knowledge of using and building Macros
  • Required 1 year of experience in Advanced PowerPoint for executive level presentations
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Real Estate
