Full Job Description
- Prepare and maintain budgets and tracking
- Manage project timelines
- Manage contractors
- Manage team members in the field
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage and respond to emails
- Oversee and approve accounts payable for contractors and vendors
- Visit houses for progress updates
- Interact with City/County building departments
- Oversee projects in other cities
- Train team members (or Acquisitions Reps and Project Managers) to estimate rehabs
- Confirm the use of correct contracts and lien waivers.
- Confirmation of licences and insurances carried by contractors and other tradesman
- Find new contractors and tradesman in each market.
- Participate in weekly L10 meetings with Project Manager teams
- Run weekly training meetings with Acquisitions Reps and Property Managers from each market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
