Job Title: Certified Real Estate Appraiser
This role is: Full Time Permanent- W2 Employee Position

CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
Logistic Valuation, LLC is not an AMC. We are a Real Estate Appraisal Company. Our main business line is Real Estate Appraisal Services. We are a team of dedicated real estate appraiser professionals located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Our company is a growing company in need of a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who desires to launch a career with Logistic Valuation, LLC.
We are seeking a new team member in the role of Certified Real Estate Appraiser and business manager to meet the growing demand for our services. As a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, you will be able to work independently within your current coverage area. Our team will help you grow the business through company training and marketing as well as hiring new staff as the business grows.
All Certified Real Estate Appraisers will be required to start an appraisal office for our company once they are accepted and all contracts and non-disclosures are signed. We prepare all of our Certified Real Estate Appraiser to start an office with a step-by-step process for success. The Certified Real Estate Appraiser will also be required to train new appraiser trainees after being certified for 3 years.
*An additional compensation package is available with the acceptance into our mentor program to train new appraiser’s in your area*
$30,000-35,000 salary to start with. Typically our Certified Real Estate Appraiser can double their salary once marketing has acquired clients for your office.
We are currently looking for a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who meets the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have a Certified Real Estate Appraiser License
2. Must be in good standing with your state/governing appraiser board.
3. Must be willing and able to start a company-owned appraisal company upon acceptance and signing the contract (provided for review once you pass the 1st interview). This will include training and managing additional appraiser trainees and other support staff members as required. The company will train you on how to start the company appraisal office and show you how to train others
4. No criminal record.
5. Appraisal Assignments – (Scope of work) – Work-file – Corrections/Revisions
6. Office Duties – Email, Processing, & Scheduling (Assistance is available for moderate to high volume areas)
7. Maintaining Work Logs
8. Maintaining Good Relations with Clients.
9. Training Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice (Appraiser Trainee)
Compensation Package:
Will be based on experience. An additional compensation package is available with the acceptance into our mentor program to train new appraisers in your area.
Contract: The initial contract will be a limited short-term contract.
