Full Job Description
REAL ESTATE Appraiser Trainee – Salaried positions.
We are American Home Valuation with offices in New Mexico and Arkansas. Our company is a growing company in need of Appraiser Trainees who desire to launch a career in Real Estate Appraisal. The right candidates will be trained in Bentonville, Arkansas for 1-1.5 years until the date of certification.
We will also consider bringing candidates in from other cities, training in Arkansas for about 1.5 years, and then returning to the city of origin to start an office.
There is a 1-1.5-year certification training program. $30,000 salary with significant pay increase after certification. Typically our certified appraisers can double their trainee salary by the second year of certification.
We are currently looking for two trainees who meet the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ANY FIELD IS REQUIRED (No exceptions).
2. Must be willing to relocate to a major city outside of Northwest Arkansas and Albuquerque, New Mexico after training is complete, approximately 1.5 years after hire date. (No exceptions) We specifically would like to start a new office in Springfield, MO, or Kansas City, KS.
3. Must be willing and able to start a company-owned appraisal company upon receiving certification. This will include training and managing additional appraiser trainees and other support staff members as required. The company will train you on how to start the company appraisal office and show you how to train others.
4. No criminal record.
5. Touch-type minimum of 35 WPM required.
