We are hiring an Asset Manager to run our production-style residential redevelopment projects.
We are looking for somebody who loves a fast-paced environment and can handle the details.

This is a full-time position located in our St Petersburg, FL office. If you love to work hard and do what it takes to get the job done, then you’ll love being a part of our Team.Responsibilities
Overseeing Property Management
- Review rent rolls, delinquency reports, vacancy reports and analysis/administer rental increases as the market allows
- Ensure timely vacancy turnaround
Project Management
- All supervision needed for construction of each project from the bid, to onset and up to and after closing
- Establish and maintain a schedule
- Complete homes at or below budget and at or above acceptable quality standards that will allow them to be marketable and sold quickly
Estimating and Project Bidding
- Inspecting prospect homes and establishing budget and scope of work
- Manage costs associated with each phase of construction
Subcontractor Management
- Hiring and managing of Subcontractors
- Management of needed tax and insurance documents
Qualifications
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Strong negotiation skills
- Stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
- 1+ year(s) of Project Management experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills, such as e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet preparation
- Ability to speak contractor language
