The Realty Group is a Boutique Real Estate Office in Riverview. We feature a drama free, sales driven positive environment helping Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with their Real Estate needs.
Job Summary
The Real Estate Assistant supports the Broker with all functions of the real estate transactions including answering phones, making/returning calls to agents, vendors, existing and potential customers, scheduling appointments, entering data into various platforms, preparing marketing material, running errands, and following a time sensitive checklist of tasks and daily responsibilities. The Real Estate Assistant attends regular training sessions in and out of office.
Full Time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

- 4yr experience or equivalent education
- Must be willing to TALK to people, excellent friendly communication
- Likes checklists, is task-oriented, organized and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor, written and verbal communication
- Proficient with computers and web-based applications
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
