General Description:

Wholesale investment real estate in central and northwest Florida looking for an assistant. Our office performs a series of functions in real estate, including but not limited to: analyzing properties, rehabbing distressed houses, bidding on auctions and short sales, submitting offers through contracts, etc. The real estate assistant will perform these and additional tasks, as needed:

Duties and Essential Job Functions – The real estate assistant will help the organization reach its goals through tasks, such as:

  • Assisting the managing partner and other co-workers, as needed-
  • Monitoring and printing upcoming auctions
  • Listing properties on BTGH.com and BuySeaside.com
  • Analyzing properties
  • Updating and creating content for BTGH.com and BuySeaside.com
  • Managing BTGH interns

Required Skills:

  • This position requires excellent organization and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), experience in Adobe Acrobat and general computer knowledge.

Experience:

  • Experience working in an office setting, especially that of real estate is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and willing to learn. Real Estate license not necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited school or work equivalent.
