Wholesale investment real estate in central and northwest Florida looking for an outstanding assistant! Our office performs a series of functions in real estate, including but not limited to: analyzing properties, rehabbing distressed houses, bidding on auctions and short sales, submitting offers through contracts, etc. The real estate assistant will perform these and additional tasks and more, as needed.

Duties and Essential Job Functions: The real estate assistant will help the organization reach its goals through tasks, such as:

  • Assisting the managing partner and other co-workers, as needed
  • Monitoring auctions
  • Listing properties on BTGH.com
  • Analyzing properties
  • Updating and creating content for the company websites
  • Turning property utilities on and off
  • Managing interns
  • Assess recently vacated properties for future flips

Required Skills: This position requires excellent organization and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), experience in Adobe Acrobat and general computer knowledge. Looking for someone that wants to work and has a great sense of humor. Someone that is interested in learning more about the real estate business and wants to grow within the company.

Experience working in an office setting, especially that of real estate is preferred, but not necessary.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and willing to learn. Real Estate license not necessary.

Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited school or work equivalent preferred.
