A dynamic commercial real estate firm in the Clearwater area is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join their office. This position is responsible for providing multiple real estate brokers with accurate, comprehensive, and professional assistance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and guests when they arrive at the office.
- Create and send written internal and external communications with brokers, clients, real estate representatives, etc.
- Prepare proposals, commission agreements, listing agreements and other documents on brokers’ behalf.
- Answer and return phone calls for property inquiries, maintain a call log of caller details and promptly relay information to caller and designated broker.
- Assist the Marketing & Design team by researching information for creation of aerial maps, property flyers, tour books, etc., related to the firms’ clients.
- General upkeep of brokers’ marketing information.
- Research and analyze commercial market and housing data.
- Maintain information containing property listings and updating important information for those listings.
- Assist with general office management/clerical functions: maintain electronic and paper files, schedule meetings/conference calls, prepare USPS and UPS mail, etc.
- Upload updated property information to external marketing resources for distribution – company website and other real estate databases.
- Assist brokers in the office with daily business needs
- Assist other offices in the company as needed
- Additional miscellaneous office duties as required
The ideal qualifications include:
- Must be experienced in Commercial or Residential real estate
- Must be proficient in MLS, Loopnet, Crexi, DocuSign, FormSimplicity & Internet Research, etc.
- Must be able to work in an efficient and effective manner.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet quick deadlines.
- Must be able to multitask and transition from one project to the next with ease.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Gmail & Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Must have attention to detail and strive to produce materials without error.
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions.
- Must be willing and able to learn new software programs used in the commercial real estate industry. Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Clearwater area is a plus.
- Knowledge of Social Media, WebPress and Apple is a plus.
- Close proximity to office is preferred.
This is a full time position, hours are 9:00 am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Compensation is commensurate with skill level
