Position Overview

The Real Estate Assistant position will be responsible for attracting the business of new buyers and sellers to Herzwurm Homes as well as assisting the team’s realtors as they bring current clients through the real estate process. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive with their work, has a background in real estate, enjoys speaking with prospective clients on the phone, and has experience using lead generation and client relationship management (CRM) systems and processes to convert new leads.

Job Details

  • Assists the team’s realtors as needed throughout the home buying and selling process
  • Manages the office’s incoming calls
  • Completes follow-up tasks for new incoming leads
  • Converts new leads into customers
  • Enters and manages all leads and clients in the CRM database
  • Connects with all clients and leads in a way that makes them feel welcome and confident throughout the process
  • Schedules and coordinates appointments with home buyers and sellers
  • Schedules and coordinates open houses
  • Helps to create, record, and improve office systems and processes
  • Leads engagement activities with past clients to increase repeat business and referrals
  • Designs and creates marketing materials including buyer and seller guides and works with team leader on social media content
  • Acts as a transaction coordinator when needed (training provided)
  • Adapts to changing tasks while staying on top of all responsibilities
  • Self manages to achieve all deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Proactively learns to stay knowledgeable about the industry and at the top of their position
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate Knowledge (required), Real Estate License (preferred)
  • Ability to work at the Downtown St Petersburg office location
  • Monday-Friday Schedule
  • Full-Time Position
