Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming lead inquiries and questions in real time
- Follow sales scripts and convert leads into appointments & nurture leads, following up diligently to create long term relationships
- Understand our client’s scripts of questions and ask questions accordingly
- Focus and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Acquire knowledge about Real Estate
- Manage email and calendar, responding accordingly
- Social media posting
- Data entry and other general admin tasks such as developing policies and procedures, managing team tasks and timelines
- Sending documents Docusign
- Managing lead flow
- Scheduling appointments for buyers and sellers appointments, photographers, etc
- Execute Drip campaigns
- Managing marketing ads and create and manage email campaigns
- Putting new listings into MLS and reverse prospect
- Filing and organizing documents
- Calling past clients, getting their birthdays, obtaining their updated addresses, inputting their closing date, etc into database
- Maintaining an updated list of clients and contact databases
- Creating a list of all of the document transactions
- Creating calendar appointments for all events, inspections, photography sessions
- Creating real estate content for Facebook and Instagram
- Sending emails to clients for welcome emails and greeting them with concierge experience
Qualifications:
- Must have outstanding grammar
- Highly refined communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Be passionate and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Be process oriented and excellent at creating and managing processes and workflows within a business structure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
