Top producing Real Estate Team is looking for an EXPERIENCED first class Assistant and Listing Manager who is driven, energetic, a career-minded individual who is dedicated to achievement and excellence.
The successful candidate will be efficient and passionate about teamwork, detail-oriented, have an enthusiastic, positive attitude and truly believes in customer service. A person who will make sure our clients have the highest level of care and personalized follow up.
SUMMARY
- Provide concierge level customer service to clients
- Listing Management –
- Prepare documents for listing appointments.
- Enter data into office systems
- Enter listing into MLS
- Assist with Transaction Management
- Work with vendors, including photographers, contractors, etc.
- Create Marketing brochures, flyers, postcards
- Social Media savvy – posting to all social media platforms
- Create email blast templates
- Provide weekly and daily updates to sellers with feedback and progress reports
- Ability to build rapport with clients and follow-up with new leads
- Participate in Company Meetings and Events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is NOT an entry level position – previous administrative work required
- Prior Real Estate Experience required (Real Estate License highly preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, CRM(s) and a Quick Learner in other Programs
- Knows how to utilize Facebook and Twitter for Business Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional phone demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
