We are a growing, diversified, Tampa based entrepreneurial company with involvements in real estate investment/development, construction, and roofing. We are also starting a new venture selling items online from our very large inventory and warehouse and looking at other retail venues. We have purchased a 1950’s brick warehouse, one of the largest in the Tampa Bay area, and are renovating the property and our offices over time. The faster we grow the bigger the potential for more money to be made!
We are looking to hire full & part time research/reception staff. Our applicants can be at all skill levels from highly experienced to entry level trainees looking for great experience. We are willing to train if you are a fast learner.
Our ideal candidate would have experience in Property and Title Searches, real estate, and tax deed sales. Must be capable of answering phones, greeting guests, as well as a variety of other tasks that may arise over the course of business, including doing research, and making calls to suppliers/contractors.
We need enthusiastic people willing to start at $9-$12/hour with growth potential.

Come to our office for a brief get-together. You don’t need to get dressed up or have an appointment. You’ll likely meet our owner and one of our staff. In some cases, people are offered jobs on the spot.
Our office is located at 1601 North 39th Street in Tampa -(just north of Adamo Dr)- in the industrial district of Ybor City. Across the street from Intercontinental Marble & Granite. Please excuse our dust!! We are renovating the property and our offices over time.
