SI Real Estate Tampa is looking for a Real Estate Assistant to become part of our team! The ideal candidate must be able to handle sensitive documents, be detail-oriented, and be efficient. Taking initiative and resourcefulness are a necessity. This is a part-time position of approximately 20-25 hours per week. Perfect for someone who is looking to eventually transition into a full-time agent or be content with a part-time position at a client-centric business.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Regularly maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
· Input and organize all client information into CRM
· Schedule and execute client retention plans and follow-up
· Engage with leads via phone, email, and social media platforms
· Market Real Estate Listings and Real Estate Services
· Create marketing campaigns, posts, and engage with followers on social media platforms
· MLS searches for clients

Qualifications and Skills
· Highly enthusiastic and creative
· FL Real Estate License or some real estate history is preferred.
· Experience with Instagram, Facebook Business, Google My Business, Linkedin, and Twitter preferred
