Responsibilities and Duties

  • Regularly maintain communication with clients, agents, title offices, lenders, etc.
  • Input all client information into CRM
  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day, etc., client customer follow up
  • Following up with leads via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Marketing Homes and Real Estate Services
  • Social media posting, interaction, and other marketing updates and requirements
  • MLS searches for clients

We are looking for someone to support our brokerage, work closely with our full-service real estate team, and assist our clients with all their real estate needs.
