The Pithers Group – Coldwell Banker is HIRING! We are looking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant in our busy, fast-paced real estate practice. We have a boutique real estate office in a trendy town center and have been in business for over 17 years.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Computer Savvy including specifically Social Media, Word, Excel, Paint

  • Real Estate License a plus, but not mandatory

Job duties will include: interacting with 2 Team Leaders and 6 associates in team setting, ability to process paperwork for listings & transactions; inter-facing with potential clients in person and on the telephone to gather information, working within many different computer platforms to input information and process real estate transactions and organizing events & creating/mailing/posting marketing in different formats. This job is mostly an office job with some out of offices errands. Mileage will be reimbursed at the federal mileage rate.

The person that fills this position needs to want to work in a team environment very closely with another Full-time Administrative Employee. They will also need to always be thinking about the greater good of the team, nothing is too much and there needs to be a willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Full-Time: 9-5, Monday – Friday
  • Starting Salary: $30-$35,000
