Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services, is looking to add a REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT to the team, to work at the new offices at 3907 Henderson Blvd.

Core Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Realtors, owners and Tomlin St Cyr team in all functions relating to real estate transactions.

Hours: Core hours are 9-5, however Realtors may need assistance on weekends and after hours, too.

Qualifications and Education expectations: Candidates must have at least five years of administrative assistant experience – preferably with a real estate organization. Ideal candidate will have a real estate license or courses towards a license or understanding of the real estate vocabulary – particularly multiple listing input language.

Skills: Candidates must be able to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint and quickly learn and adapt to technology and new softwares  Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal) with all agents and vendors  Must be organized and use technology to quickly complete tasks  Must have ability to juggle many different transactions and make copious notes in files to ensure proper documentation.
