Part Time, Real Estate Assistant Needed

Are you ready for a new challenge? Do you have a Real Estate License but looking for a set schedule and set PAYCHECK? We have an amazing opportunity for you to join one of the TOP Keller Williams Teams in Tampa Bay! We are looking for a hard working, go getter to join our team on a part time basis, which could become full time.
*MUST have a Real Estate License
*Reliable transportation a must
*Flexible schedule needed. We can work together to form a weekly schedule.
*This job requires driving so a good working knowledge of Tampa Bay is important. (Home office is in Valrico) Can work remotely and on the road.
Responsibilities
- Check on vacant homes
- Meet vendors and home inspectors
- Drop off flyers for new Listings
- Put up Sold and Pending riders, assist with signage
- Drop off closing gifts to clients
- Assist with Open Houses and marketing
- Put on lock boxes, retrieve keys
- Run Real Estate errands
- Enjoys having FUN while CRUSHING team goals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Our home office is masked while indoors. This job is almost 100 percent in the filed and mostly in team members car. Mask can be provided.
