Full Job Description
Seeking part-time assistant to assist fast-paced commercial/residential real estate agent by organizing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling, and data entry. Up to 15 hours to start, job duties can be expanded over time if skill set/attitude/personality is a good fit. $15-$20/hr. depending on experience. Preferred hours 12 – 4 pm ET.
Cool downtown St. Petersburg FL modern office with all the amenities, parking, coffee bar, modern large copier printer, door security, with views of city.

- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Good problem solver
- Tech-savvy, proficient in G-Suite, Google Drive, and able to work on smartphone in addition to computer
- Knowledgeable about task management tools, such as Asana
- Calm under pressure, no drama personality
- Highly motivated, punctual, positive attitude, and hard worker
- Available to respond quickly to text messages requesting help or information
- Detailed oriented
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to read through contracts and/or emails to extract key pieces of information regarding a listing (for example, being able to find due diligence dates, closing dates, title rep, buyer/seller contact information, etc.)
- Must be reliable
- Real estate background a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable working with a high-drive individual.
- Good follow up skills.
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent typing skills

Tasks will involve:
- Inputting data to spreadsheets,
- Organizing contracts, critical information regarding listings, contacts, etc. in Google Drive, Google Sheets and Asana.
- Sending daily recap of upcoming appointments and tasks to follow up on
- May include scheduling appointments

Hours will start at approximately 10 hours per week (up to 15), but can increase if it’s a good match between candidate and owner of business.
