Summary:
Jettison is representing a Tampa law firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to leverage their expertise and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex real estate transactions and development projects
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
- Oversee due diligence processes and title examinations
- Negotiate and draft sophisticated real estate contracts and agreements
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys in the real estate practice group
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar
- 7-8 years of extensive experience in real estate law
- Proven track record of business development with a portable book of business (minimum $250,000 annually)
- Strong expertise in commercial real estate transactions, land use, and zoning matters
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Real estate law: 7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- FL Bar (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
