Full Job Description
Real Estate Attorney Needed – Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge in the following areas:
- Partition law suits
- Quiet title actions
- Foreclosure and Tax Sales (mostly to delay sale dates long enough to allow Probate clients time to complete probate and sell the home)
- Evictions
- Litigation
Sills required:
- Must be personable and work well with clients

- Detailed oriented
