The Real Estate Branch Manager will lead the daily sales, customer service, relationship management and marketing at the branch level according with the Company’s objectives. This leader will assist in sales closures as well as coach, guide and achieve branch sales goals through new business sales and referrals.
Responsibilities:
• Manages and leads the Real Estate Agency branch
• Leads the sales team to maximize performance
• Evaluates team member performance
• Supervises the team’s customer interaction and provides coaching as necessary
• Assists the team in identifying and evaluating properties
• Assists the team in promoting the sale of properties through adverts, open houses and listings
• Liaises with contractors for latest properties on the market for business development
• Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in in the real estate market
• Research compliance in all things related to property tax, financing and legal requirements
• Administer Sales leads
• Prepares necessary paperwork required for specific real estate transactions
• Sources and hires new sales associates and provides on-the-job training and on-going coaching
• Develops and executes marketing plans
• Sets budgets and targets with executive management
• Collaborate with other branches as necessary to achieve mutual goals and network
• Attend networking events for continuous business expansion
What we’re looking for:
• Licensed Real Estate Agent Preferred
• 2-5 years Real Estate related experience
• 2-5 supervisory experience
• Proactive and leading personality
• Sales focused and Goal oriented
• Great team player with positive attitude and integrity
• Proven selling, marketing and negotiating skills
• Must know about the local property market and competitive landscape
