We are currently seeking a Real Estate Broker -in- Charge to run the daily operations in our Tampa office!

Real Estate Broker -in- Charge Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily operations
  • Searches for new clients using various sources to build a strong database and communicates with each client to schedule meetings
  • Recruits quality producing agents
  • Assists in setting the annual goals for the agency and develops strategies along with the different brokers that will achieve these goals
  • Communicates with advertising agencies on marketing properties and projects using different media outlets
  • Acts as a liaison to other organizations for promotional activities, including sponsoring various events
  • Supervises, Trains and/or oversees the training of all Real Estate Sales Associates
  • Collaborates with the Office Manager on policies and procedures

Real Estate Broker -in-Charge Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate Broker License
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and self effectively
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
