Our full service Real Estate Brokerage is growing very quickly in both size and geographic scope. We are in need of a Broker who will make his/her primary objective to continue this growth.
Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with recruiting new agents, conducting hands-on training sessions for current agents, providing the necessary compliance support for agents, as well as providing the necessary support for agents that are in the process of closing deals.
We do business in the residential, commercial, property management/leasing, and investment sectors of the industry so a variety of experience and a solidified track record of success is important.
Compensation is co-measured with experience. Salary plus quarterly bonuses based on firm’s production.
Day to Day responsibilities include:
- Hands-on training for current agents
- Assisting agents with contracts and closings
- Assisting current recruiting efforts
- Assisting agents with compliance
