Buyer Agents with our team make a great income, but more importantly, they keep more of it since there are no marketing expenses. Our agents receive leading edge training on all our exclusive systems, marketing and consumer programs.

If you are content with earning less than $50,000 per year, this opportunity is not for you. If you desire to earn $100,000 or more annually, this opportunity may be what you are searching for.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Florida Salesperson or Broker Real Estate license
  • Be a member in good standing of the Greater Tampa Realtors’ Association (GTR) OR the Pinellas Realtors’ Association (PRO) OR the West Pasco Board of Realtors (WPBOR) ANDthe National Association of Realtors (NAR).
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Possess knowledge & understanding of current real estate trends
  • Hospitality, Customer Service, Real Estate, or Sales background preferred
  • Willingness to work with clients on evenings and weekends
  • Own or lease a clean automobile

Expectations:

  • Act professionally with honesty and integrity at all times
  • Dress professionally, be on time and be prepared for all appointments
  • Attend trainings and networking events as needed
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Lead generate an average of 3 hours per day
  • Lead follow-up
  • Regularly update and maintain individual calendar as it relates to daily business and personal schedule
  • Provide clients with an outstanding customer experience
  • Establish referral customers from sphere of influence
  • Close minimum of 24 transaction sides per year
  • Participate in Team Open Houses and other scheduled Team Events
